12-month lease: $900 monthly

Move-in: $900 first month + $500 move in fee (non-refundable). All payments via Baselane Banking.

$250 move in fee waived for healthcare staff, first responders, and school staff.

Room: new full bed, mattress, bedding, pillow, desk, chair, mini-fridge, 6-speed ceiling fan.

Shared: full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, fridge), lounge, dining, backyard, bathroom. Safety latch in bedroom & shared bathroom for added privacy.

Included: water, electricity, fiber Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping of shared spaces, pest control. Dedicated driveway parking (first come first served) next available is street parking.

No laundry on-site. Closest laundromat:

Process:

1. Screening application: $49.99 (applicant pays). Income, eviction, criminal check.

2. Showing. If proceeding same day to sign lease: collect admin fee, deposit, first month via Baselane Banking.

3. Keys handed to you.

Rules: single occupant, no pets, no smoking/vaping indoors, no drugs, no subleasing/Airbnb, no crypto mining or high-consumption systems. Violations: cleaning fees or lease termination.
